Pros
All-you-can-drink coffee, and cookies that sell out within five minutes because they’re limited.
Cons
Mass hiring of newcomers when rushing to complete projects, round-the-clock overtime, and once the project is finished, starting a purge to fire the scapegoats. Extremely disrespectful of professional expertise. All day long, they make statements in the media about how generous they are with spending money, while being exceptionally stingy with employees.
