A sincere piece of advice: if you’re a university graduate with no experience, don’t go unless you have a strong heart. It feels like they just randomly pick people to interview, and if they don’t like the look of you, they’ll nitpick everything you do. In front of the interviewer, don’t perform too well; you need to be meek and deferential—that’s what they want to see. When you go, remember to bring your transcripts from elementary school through the present, along with your work samples, because they want to see “data.” When writing your résumé, remember to bring a pencil and eraser, because they don’t like résumés covered in correction tape.
