After the interview, I was able to clearly describe the pros and cons. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. When I went into the company after 7 p.m., I could feel that everyone had a strong sense of unity and was still working hard. It is an e-commerce company with a lot of potential for development.

The interview focused heavily on technical aspects, while the candidate’s education and work experience were not considered as important. The interviewers could have treated the candidate more courteously, as the interview made the candidate feel extremely pressured.
