華藝創意有限公司
Pros

You can cultivate your character here ^_^

Cons

1. The boss's moods are unpredictable, and her way of handling things is extremely immature. She has very low standards for the quality of publications, only seeking to make money in the short term rather than pursuing the long-term development of the brand, and often gets into disputes with clients.

2. Of the benefits listed, the ones that actually exist are probably afternoon tea, company dinners, and the annual year-end party. However, the boss often likes to use various fancy-sounding pretexts to pressure restaurant clients she works with into providing free food to share with employees. To some extent, this is an employee benefit, but when you are in a role that has first-line contact with clients (conducting interviews) and understand how difficult it is for them to run their businesses, you will seriously question the boss's character.

3. You clock in when you start work, but leaving work is based on responsibility. For example, if you work as an interview editor and have to travel outside Taipei, you need to set off before working hours. Depending on the distance, you may still be in another city or county after working hours, and you still have to arrive at the company at 9 the next day. Don't even dream of compensatory leave or overtime pay~ Also, if you spend all day Friday out conducting interviews, the boss will “hope” that you finish writing the articles over the weekend. If you cannot hand them in when you arrive at work on Monday, there is a high chance she will lose her temper (depending on her mood that day ^_^).

4. The company's turnover rate is extremely high. Anyone who stays for more than a year can only be certified as lacking ability; those with ability have already escaped~

5. Freelancers may not receive payment for their articles because the telemarketers failed to properly confirm the terms of cooperation with the shops. Then the boss will pressure you by saying that since the cooperation was not finalized, no article fee will be paid. In other words, after going out to conduct interviews and submitting your writing, you may end up having worked for nothing~

6. There is simply too much to say.
