The colleagues are very easy to get along with!!

1. The high turnover rate has left the company in the awkward situation of being full of rookies.

2. The company's policies and systems are extremely, extremely, extremely not OK.

2-1. You often have to pay out of pocket and then apply for reimbursement, but who knows whether you'll actually get the money back—perhaps not until hundreds of years into the Republic of China calendar. Employees paying out of pocket is standard: sometimes just a few thousand, sometimes tens of thousands. Am I here to earn money or to front money for the boss? I really don't understand.

2-2. On holidays, the boss will occasionally throw work your way, so you still have to work for him unpaid while you're supposed to be on vacation. In his eyes, working overtime beyond regular hours is perfectly reasonable. He simply has no understanding of or consideration for employees.

3. In conclusion, if you have a strong enough servile streak, want to be abused and exploited by this old-fashioned boss, and don't want a personal life of your own, you're welcome to work for this company.

He really loves fresh graduates—newcomers who will burn out their fresh livers working themselves to the bone for him!!

He isn't afraid of being short-staffed, because the company is always hiring and keeping backup candidates on hand in case they're needed.
