The new office partitions were recently installed and are quite comfortable. Finally, there is some distance between me and my colleagues, and my computer screen is no longer being watched.
The company owner is extremely emotional and handles matters according to their own preferences and mood.
At present, because the company is still small and focused on making money quickly (some internal systems have recently been under integration in hopes of making a fresh start), employees are not given much consideration (communication with employees can be said to be nonexistent), let alone benefits.
In addition, employees currently spend a lot of time engaging in internal power struggles.
As for salaries, because the company is still in its early stages, the owner says they cannot offer much: administrative positions start at NT$25,000, and marketing planning positions are around NT$28,000.
