The year-end bonus can be generous.
1. The head office is extremely inefficient internally.
2. Work arrangements are very chaotic, with no comprehensive SOP. When assigning tasks to others, instructions are not given completely, making it difficult to plan future work schedules.
3. People there are very scheming. Unless you are willing to be someone who flatters others, working at this company will be very difficult.
When it is time to leave work, everyone usually pretends to be busy even when there is nothing to do. I really do not understand this culture.
4. It has a very poor reputation in the industry.
