Colleagues are easy to get along with. Overtime depends on individual progress. A good place to hone your skills.
It is already a sunset industry and a family business, so it goes without saying that no matter how much the company earns, it has nothing to do with the employees at the bottom. In addition, the senior managers have all been there for decades, so their thinking is old-fashioned and closed-minded, and they do not know how to adapt. They live in their own little worlds, waiting to collect their retirement pensions, and would prefer that nothing have anything to do with them. They are very good at evading responsibility; they take no responsibility for incorrect decisions and have plenty of excuses. Employees at the bottom work themselves to death. Year-end bonuses cannot be paid, and for the same positions, compensation is far below the industry level. The gift money for the three major holidays is paid in the form of store gift vouchers.
