The company environment is fairly good.
It felt like they were just randomly inviting people to interviews to meet a quota. Before the interview, I had to fill out a large number of questions, such as my strengths and weaknesses and how I handle setbacks. It took nearly half an hour to complete. After that, I interviewed with the supervisor, whose first remark was that they were not opposed to hiring men. After briefly explaining the job duties, the interview ended in less than five minutes. It felt like they had not properly reviewed my résumé and had simply invited someone to interview at random, only realizing after I arrived that I did not meet the requirements and then casually trying to dismiss me.
