Don't waste your time interviewing.

A. The average employee tenure is less than a year and a half.

B. The marketing, product PM, and other teams are all staffed with beginners. Even if you join with experience, senior employees will still say, “I’m teaching you. I’m giving you the opportunity to learn. Just do as I say.”

C. The senior employees do not trust anyone. Their attitude toward employees is that they can be discarded at any time and replaced with new hires at any time.

D. There is no set plan. They change their approach at any time based on their mood. Even if they waste a great deal of your time, they will still say that you are the one who was wrong—not them.
