Pros

Since the toilet paper changed from Kleenex to an unfamiliar brand, there don’t seem to be any advantages anymore. (I no longer have any expectations for the rest.)

Cons

1. Work is distributed unevenly, there is little planning, and turnover is high.

=》It may seem common, but some people work an absurd amount of overtime while others leave exactly on time and have an extremely easy life (seriously, unbelievably easy). The same few people are always the ones actually doing the work, and almost all of the senior employees have left. Projects are always reduced to “Is it done yet?” with absolutely no discussion or scheduling of timelines whatsoever. Quite interesting.

2. Two completely different standards for resignations.

=》Some people are persuaded to stay with a bunch of grand promises, promotions, and raises; others are completely ignored. Even if they work very diligently, they may be treated that way simply because they are friendly with someone the supervisor dislikes. Quite frustrating.

3. The organization is chaotic.

=》There are numerous factions, so I won’t elaborate. For those who know how to flatter their superiors, the ability to climb the ladder is apparently not an issue. The team members under them are left to fend for themselves.

4. It is no longer surprising for policies to change from one day to the next; the contract may as well be kept on the side for display purposes only.
