The job posting said they were looking for a project staff member, but it was clearly actually a customer service position. Even after repeatedly confirming, they stubbornly insisted otherwise. The interviewer mentioned that, more than employees’ professional expertise, the company places greater emphasis on honesty—but the company itself was being dishonest.
The salary is lower than at other companies. The office is very large, yet they do not even have a receptionist.
The interview lasted more than three hours, and they also said there would be second and third interviews. It was a huge waste of time; after just one interview, I no longer wanted to go.
