Can't think of any advantages

There were three managers during the interview, and two of them weren't listening while I introduced myself. After I finished, they even repeated questions that I had already answered in my introduction.

Throughout the interview, one of them asked questions with the condescending, sarcastic attitude of a veteran who thought he was superior. The entire interview was very unpleasant, and at one point I really wanted to pack up my things and leave.

During the small talk at the end, that manager said the department currently uses Scrum and that he thought it was working very well. However, I remember seeing posts online from internal staff saying that Scrum was also on the verge of collapse.

I already knew before the interview that it was a company with a very poor reputation. I thought I would go experience it firsthand and gain some experience points. To be honest, I really regret going to the interview. Not only did I learn nothing from the process, I was also humiliated.
