You have to work on Saturdays; getting off at 9 p.m. is standard, and staying past 10 p.m. is not uncommon. If you’re passionate, you can learn quite a lot—provided you can endure it.
The company does not require clocking in or out. You receive the salary you negotiated, with no overtime pay.
Labor and health insurance and other benefits must be discussed with the boss yourself.
