Pros
The environment is good, the colleagues are nice, and it’s convenient to buy things.
Cons
There is no overtime pay for working overtime, and there are no company dinners. The boss really loves employees who work overtime. If the workload given to you on the first day is just right, then on the second day you’ll be given twice the workload, and on the third day three times the workload...and so on. They’ll then tell you that working 1–2 hours of overtime every day is no big deal.
