An environment suitable for retirement
People with no ambition who want to enjoy their remaining years can come here
1. The company’s location is rather peculiar—in a residential building
2. The pay is extremely low and the work is extremely miscellaneous; you’ll find that what you do is very cheap
3. On a five-point scale for personnel management, the bosses and supervisors get only half a point. They complain that others are difficult to get along with but never reflect on themselves
4. There’s not much prospect, yet they like hiring young people, so turnover is very high
