Online learning is performance-oriented; as long as your performance is good, you generally won’t be hassled, and you don’t have to look for clients in the sun and rain.
Because someone operates the lead distribution system, most good leads are not distributed evenly. The person assigning leads distributes them according to “personal preferences.” Even if an order is assigned to you, it is common for a supervisor to secretly take it away. There is no overtime pay, and they create all kinds of excuses to deduct from your base salary. If you have questions about the system or products, it is definitely treated as your personal problem rather than the company’s. The performance targets are difficult enough, but if customers request refunds, that is also counted against you. Many people quit because the longer they work there, the more customer refunds they accumulate, and they cannot even earn enough to live on each month. Unlike other companies, where pending performance deductions are not immediately demanded back from you, the company’s departments are not united and constantly undermine one another. The training is terrible; it essentially just sells the salesperson’s personal charisma.
