1. During the interview, not only may your salary be cut, but you may also be subjected to sarcastic remarks. The senior manager kept looking at their phone and checking stocks during the interview, acting very high and mighty for no apparent reason.
2. Design is not valued. You are constantly moved to places with bad feng shui, and things became even worse after a new department head took over.
