1. The brand is very well-known, and the work is quite flexible.
2. It is quite suitable as a first job after entering the workforce. The company has a strong brand, and you can meet many people with diverse experience. For Changhua, a starting salary of NT$32,000 for a new employee is fairly good! However, it is somewhat of a waste of time.
1. The boss talks a lot; you just need to say more of what he likes to hear. He is very good at scolding people and telling stories, and has a strong grassroots style.
The company's focus is on mainland China, while there are power struggles among the boss's family members and among long-serving employees internally.
Because of performance pressure and fear of the boss's criticism, long-serving employees are very wary of new employees.
People working in Taiwan need to align themselves with the right person; otherwise, it is very easy to be sidelined (a high EQ is needed).
2. During the interview, the general manager promises a salary increase after three months, but this is false. They deduct pay using arbitrary excuses.
3. When taking leave, sometimes too much salary is deducted and sometimes too little; there is no sound management system.
4. The supervisors and everyone in the company are very afraid of being scolded by the boss, resulting in a lack of decisiveness and an unwillingness to take responsibility.
5. Employees are dismissed in violation of regulations and transferred to Company B, apparently to evade large severance payments.
