MIS Engineer
The supervisor will explain things very clearly, so you should be determined if you want to work here.
Promotion or salary increases are relatively difficult, so the supervisor makes this very clear from the beginning. If you have only recently entered the IT industry, you can come here to gain some experience. However, if you have already worked in IT for a long time, you may find the salary less acceptable. Given the content of the current position, the salary is indeed reasonable, but if you are responsible for system deployment or implementation, the salary for this role may need to be higher. If your company has already evaluated system implementation projects, you probably know that vendors’ quoted prices include advance, one-on-one training by specialists. Perhaps this aspect could be taken into account and MIS staff could be offered a higher salary. In terms of advantages and disadvantages, vendors’ services are one-time engagements, whereas MIS staff can provide ongoing services free of charge.
