They proactively called immediately after I applied through 104.
However, based on the questions HR asked during the call, it was immediately obvious whether they had actually read my résumé.
I graduated from an electrical engineering and information technology department, and my transcript also shows that I took programming courses, but HR kept asking whether I had ever written code.
At the same time, when HR explained that their interview process takes as long as three months, I wanted to honestly tell them that I would also be interviewing with other companies. If I received a suitable offer during that period, I might not continue with their process, but I would proactively notify them. HR immediately hurried to end the call, saying, “Thank you for your time.” I really don’t understand—when looking for a job, it’s impossible to focus on only one company at a time. Are they making everyone pretend that they love their company the most?
They are recruiting for a service design management trainee position and said they would develop candidates’ five-senses experience. But based solely on my phone interaction with HR, I felt that the five-senses experience was very poor.
