I have never been to the company, but I was utterly stunned by the attitude of the HR staff when notifying me about the interview.
When they contacted me by phone, I reminded them that, during the interview period, I expected the salary to be within the range stated on my résumé. Since this referred to the base salary, I needed to know the salary excluding allowances.
Therefore, I hoped they could evaluate this before sending an interview notification.
However, the HR representative said she did not know and told me to ask the supervisor during the interview (isn't salary-related work supposed to be handled by HR?). Otherwise, I was told to leave a message through 104.
My résumé clearly stated that I did not want to be notified if the salary was not within my expected range. After reviewing my résumé and notifying me, they still expected me to make a personal pilgrimage there just to ask about it?
This kind of condescending recruiting attitude is truly difficult to commend.
