1. The boss is short-tempered and speaks quickly. If you do not understand and ask, you may be scolded. It is as if everyone who joins has to be able to read her mind.
2. Some departments have high turnover. After all, performance is declining, so the natural replacement rate is also high. Within two years, almost no new hire stayed for more than one
year.
3. Be prepared to be humiliated by unreasonable customers every day. Relying on the large number of orders they place, unreasonable customers sometimes treat sales staff like their servants. For the sake of performance, you have to let others trample on your self-respect. Everything has to be done today—this has to be done today, that has to be done today. This is a buyer–seller relationship, not a master–servant relationship. It is pathetic: just because the other company places larger orders, you have to curry favor with them and let them trample your dignity.
4. There are many rules; everything has to be submitted through the system.
5. A company with more than 200 employees and many veterans with years of experience. Of course, there are good veterans and bad veterans. No doubt, I am talking about you! During that period, I always spoke softly and politely when asking you for advice. You were the only one who repeatedly raised your voice at me, relying on the fact that you seemed to be a veteran. You are a PM, not my supervisor—why don’t the other PMs act this way? Why are you the only one who does? Damn, I really regret that I never talked back.
