The company feels fairly large in scale.
The interviewer was nice.
All the standard benefits are provided.
The starting salary for product design is NT$26,000, rising to around NT$28,000 after three months.
Including the year-end bonus, you can probably receive around 14 months’ worth of salary in total (as I recall).
If the interviewee is considered suitable and is being considered for the position, a blood test will be conducted.
There is a lot of training.
You may need to work overtime frequently.
You need to enter the factory and communicate with the skilled workers; it is uncertain whether there will be a chemical or leather smell.
