The company environment is clean and tidy, and OSIM massage chairs are provided for employees to use. The interviewer first asked the candidate to introduce themselves and explain why they wanted to join the company and apply for the position. I brought a laptop to present and explain my previous work experience and supporting materials. During the interview, I felt that it was a positive exchange between both parties, and that the interviewer also respected the candidate’s differing views. The benefits were explained clearly and in detail. After I stated my expected compensation, I received a response in approximately 10 minutes. The interview lasted about two hours. It was a great interview experience with an excellent company.
