During the interview, they offered you one of their drinks.

1. The interview was held in an open space, and they asked you on the spot to read an article and write a reflection: “Starting from the Jungle.”

2. They asked whether you could support the Fat Card food truck during shifts. Besides design, you would also have to help with planning; being able to edit videos would be even better.

3. They force all employees to stay after work every Tuesday and wait for the retail sales staff to join a book club. What is a book club? Everyone reads a book or watches a movie together, then shares positive reflections with one another. There is no telling what time you’ll be able to leave.

4. Basically, design is already a demanding job, but they treat design as miscellaneous support for the food truck and planning, and also require you to attend the weird book club. There are so many things to do in life; if you accept the weird book club, congratulations, you’re a great fit for XDD.

5. If someone is pretending to be positive all day, are they even human? People have emotions, after all (just speaking objectively).

6. In summary: Very ridiculous.
