No advantages whatsoever

1. There are more incompetent managers and employees than outstanding ones, and the capable ones keep leaving.
2. The top management has an extremely bad temper, berates employees with highly offensive language, and shows extreme disrespect for professional expertise.
3. Employees are treated as disposable and constantly replaced; job openings are always posted.
4. The salary looks good on the surface, but anyone with common sense knows it is calculated by trading off working hours and time off.
5. A company that cannot properly fill its HR and finance positions—or retain people in them for long—is definitely deeply problematic.
I sincerely recommend that whether you are considering an office or field position, you should not work here unless you have a fresh liver to burn through and are extremely short of money.
