Time passes very quickly
The salary structure in March of Year 107 was as follows:
Base salary: 11,000
Production allowance: 90xx
Professional allowance: 3,000
The total hours must reach 290 before the salary exceeds 40,000 (an average of 140 per hour)
4–6 days off
Regardless of whether it is a holiday or a regular day, overtime pay is 100 per hour. It only becomes 150 per hour after exceeding one hour, and only after working more than 200-something hours does the rate become 150 per hour. Even if you work the hardest, you can work at most 300 hours in a month before being reviewed!
The bank keeps adding more and more regulations, and the fines keep getting heavier. If a teammate in the same team makes a mistake, everyone has to take responsibility. After that, you will only lose money. It is not recommended for people with families or those who value their personal lives. Most of the people there are divorced or single (more than 90%).
There are many older workers (really old—ranging from 40 to 60), and many of them cannot carry heavy cash boxes, so young or inexperienced workers have to carry them themselves. This is very hard on the finger joints and wrists, so please consider this carefully.
