Good environment
The interviewer gives a detailed introduction to the company
A complete three-month training program
The interview wait was quite long
There were quite a few written test questions, covering logic and mathematics (foreign trade personnel also take an English translation test, but it is not difficult)
The salary is relatively low, and the bonus system is somewhat disorganized, but the company seems to be making quite a lot of money
Foreign trade personnel also have to handle domestic sales
The factory will be relocated closer to Pingtung at the end of the year, which may cause commuting problems
