The person who invited me to the interview sounded enthusiastic and kind.
1. The environment is very poor. I worry that customers might feel the site is undignified, which could in turn affect whether they sign a contract.
2. I really wonder whether the interviewing manager doesn’t understand Chinese—or perhaps hadn’t slept enough??
They often asked whether the interviewee could give an example after the question had already been answered in detail, or even repeated the question, making one wonder, “Were you spacing out during that whole part just now??”
Because this happened more than once, I’m somewhat unenthusiastic about working with this manager. They seem to have some problems with comprehension.
3. Because they said they don’t want their teaching efforts to go to waste, this job requires signing a one-year contract. If the company decides you are unsuitable, they can ask you to leave at any time; however, if the employee resigns unilaterally, the penalty is two months’ salary.
