Colleagues within the same department get along harmoniously.
Most managers have a strong sense of self and are arrogant. You cannot oppose the ideas of those above you, and there is no way to communicate. If you make one minor mistake, you will be permanently blacklisted.
Performance evaluations and year-end bonuses are neither transparent nor governed by any system. The ready-to-wear department generally has a high turnover rate, interdepartmental conflicts are severe, and people make sarcastic remarks. When problems arise, they only shift the blame to one another.
If you are an obedient robot that never makes mistakes, this company may be a good fit for you.
