Pros
The HR staff are very attractive.
Cons
They dictate when you can eat breakfast and where you can eat. They are extremely unfriendly to newcomers, with all kinds of bullying and ulterior motives. Some people can fail their performance evaluation seven times, while if they don't like you, failing twice is enough for them to tell you to leave.
