Cons
1. There are a large number of contract employees in the company earning NT$24K; even working overtime to death, it is difficult to break NT$30K.
2. After becoming a full-time employee, you only become a technician earning NT$28K? That's what I've heard from others—it's really extremely low-paid.
3. Some team managers have very poor leadership skills; a bunch of women spend all day inside chatting about gossip.
