The work environment is pretty good

1. There is no need to clock out after work.

2. Cliques are a serious problem, and the sales staff badmouth one another.

3. Money is deducted arbitrarily without notification.

4. During the interview, they painted an overly rosy picture, saying how good the job was, how easy it was to get along with colleagues, how high-quality the clients were, and that the salary would keep increasing, blah blah. In reality, salary growth is slow, colleagues do not get along harmoniously, people may be badmouthed, and the clients are not particularly high quality.

5. Professional knowledge develops very slowly: One manager is not particularly knowledgeable about the field, and the expertise they do have is outdated. They are completely unfamiliar with many newly introduced features and only learn about them after subordinates explain them. Many problems cannot be solved. If you want to learn more, this place is not recommended; there is truly very little you can learn here.
