The interview was very perfunctory—they directly asked whether I could start work tomorrow.
The training was very comprehensive.
The salary and bonus system is biased toward one side.
1. The basic salary follows the Labor Standards Act minimum of 22,000, and really cannot be any higher.
2. Under the contractor system (not a company employee; you are your own boss), labor and health insurance premiums are paid entirely by yourself.
3. For non-management staff, the original point value is multiplied by 0.7.
4. The main focus is on selling point-based products that have already been promoted (not immediate cash draws).
