Pros
Frequent company dinners, some little perks, domestic and overseas employee trips, punctual working hours, a break room, easy to take leave, profit-sharing when the company makes money, inexpensive lunch
Cons
Low salary, promotions depend on luck, no annual raises, no year-end party when the company doesn’t make money, if you are selected for the January 1 inventory count you have to come to the company, no compensatory leave when business trips fall on holidays, additional charges for parking on the premises
