Lunch is provided, which saves some money. The colleagues are decent, especially the warehouse auntie and sewing auntie on the second floor, who are both very nice. The company has shared vehicles that you can use, although they are not particularly good cars.

There are too many things to mention, and I don't know where to start. Although I left some time ago, the experience left a deep impression on me, so I wanted to share it.

1. The boss is not well educated, smokes heavily, and really likes hiring top graduates and then summoning them to the office to lecture them for half a day (I'm not joking).

2. The clothing designs and products are always old-fashioned and boring. There is basically no way to create designs you like because the boss's wife controls everything.

3. To become a favorite, you first have to win the favor of the boss or his wife. If you are not favored, your year-end bonus might be less than NT$3,000.

4. Graphic design or visual design is basically a very boring template-based job. The best approach is to take last year's design and modify it. They really like pressuring printing companies or vendors to lower their prices, while being both impatient and extremely picky.

5. The sales staff are almost always being scolded. Unless they need you to save face for the boss, when performance is poor, they do not reflect on whether the problem is with the products; instead, they fire people first.

6. The boss will remember how many minutes you spent in the restroom.

7. If you work in sales, design, or engineering, it is normal to work until midnight during the annual anniversary celebration.

8. Someone will clock in for you (this happened when I worked there; I don't know if it still does).

9. The annual employee turnover rate is incredibly high.
