The job description provided over the phone was vague. When I asked for clarification about the position, they said they didn’t know and only kept saying, “I’m from HR,” trying to get me to go to an interview within a few days. Only after I kept asking did they finally admit that it was a life insurance company. Regardless of what the management trainee ultimately does, it is just a different department within the same life insurance company; most new hires end up doing sales.
The most troublesome part is that they will keep calling you, often from different people (either the company handles personal information carelessly, or they are just making random calls).
