You can probably practice your EQ well.
I applied for the HR specialist position at Renxin Medical.
First, I filled out a form and then had an interview.
The interview ended in less than 10 minutes,
and it was a video interview!
It was a video interview where I couldn’t see the supervisor, but the supervisor could see me.
The HR representative called the next day and said I should report to work on xx/xx.
A few days later, I called to say that I wanted to withdraw.
The HR representative asked which position I had interviewed for.
They said their company didn’t have an HR specialist opening.
The HR representative even suspected that I had gotten it wrong…. (The email clearly said “HR specialist”—seriously?)
No wonder the supervisor who interviewed me that day told me to learn about the company’s products,
and mentioned things like receiving extra bonuses for selling products.
They were probably using the slogan of recruiting an HR specialist to recruit salespeople or for some other administrative position.
This was extremely disrespectful to job applicants.
