The clock-in/out time does not equal the actual end-of-shift time; naturally, any extra time is just unpaid charity.
Full-time and part-time employees are treated the same: working on national holidays does not come with double pay, and of course there is no compensatory leave either.
They use all kinds of excuses to deduct wages. If a customer damages something in the store, all the store employees have to pay for it together.
If a customer denies having placed an order, the person responsible for taking the order has to pay for it.
Even if you want to work in the food and beverage industry, you can easily find somewhere better than this place. There is no need to demean yourself like this.
