The following is a review of the work of customer service staff in the administration department (handling business/customer and administrative staff matters):

1. The new employee training location is old, and the computers, projector, and network equipment are poor. The company itself is already suspicious enough, yet it still cannot give new employees a good first impression.

2. The systems are not well established. It is a small company, yet it wants to imitate an American-style management approach, without having the corresponding scale or sophistication.

3. The supervisors have no principles. The rules and announcements they issue are not actually of much reference value. Their Chinese comprehension, thinking, and judgment also urgently need improvement—don’t just take things out of context; at least understand the situation before lashing out.

4. The business staff have poor professional standards. Supervisors require customer service staff to treat them as VIPs. Although it is true that the business staff make money for the company and bring in clients, that does not mean they can order other people around as if they were their own sales assistants. They lack even basic common sense and professional knowledge, and on top of that, they speak extremely rudely—a group of overly dependent people who are always holding out their hands.

5. There is no channel for filing complaints. Even when genuinely existing problems are reported, it is useless. They emphasize “communication” but fail to practice it. When internal policies and system functions are revised, they do not first work out supporting measures; they usually implement them directly and only provide explanations after someone asks.

Summary:

Customer service here is a huge pit and is not suitable as a long-term job. It is suitable for professional scapegoats with EQ far beyond that of ordinary people. Please think carefully before applying.
