1. The actual job duties differed significantly from what was discussed during the interview.

2. Although the position was in IT, the manager did not have an IT background, did not respect professional expertise, and, in my personal opinion, had a flippant attitude and looked down on my expertise.

3. It took three weeks before I was able to discuss the job duties with the manager. During the conversation, I was asked to proactively propose plans beneficial to the company. However, when I started the job, there were no clear instructions regarding my duties; I was only asked to study health education materials. In addition, employees who had not signed a contract had no access to the company's internal systems, and there was no clinical training.

4. The salary differed significantly from what was discussed during the interview. At first, I was told that the annual salary upon signing the contract would meet my requirements, but when it came time to sign, it differed greatly from my expected salary, and there was no signing bonus.

6. During the exit interview, the manager mostly criticized my previous company or previous interviews, which left a very poor impression.
