This company is highly recommended for job seekers to pass on~ They exploit employees without mercy!
1. Exploiting annual leave: If you join in March, you have to work until next March—completing one full year—before you can take it. From March to December of the following year, it is granted proportionally ➡️ The three days of annual leave stipulated by the Labor Standards Act after working for half a year disappear.
2. Exploiting salary payments: This is the strangest part! The money remaining after deducting labor insurance contributions from your salary is paid in the months of the following quarter corresponding to the last two months of each quarter. Ex: With a salary of 28K and labor insurance of 22K (I’ll explain later why this is the figure), 28K - 22K = 6,000. The 6,000 salary for February and March of the first quarter is paid around April 20, seriously delaying salary payments!
3. Exploiting the insured labor-insurance salary amount: The insured salary is set at 70% of the actual salary; if it is below 22K, the minimum of 22K is used. The company does this to save on labor-insurance premiums and the 6% contribution.
4. This is an industry rumor: After completing one year, you receive one month’s year-end bonus, but it is paid in two installments (the company really loves paying money in installments). Half is paid in January and the other half in June. This means that people who resign after the New Year only receive half of the year-end bonus—because it’s outrageous. If anyone who completed one year has suffered through this, please reply and let me know whether it’s true 🙏🙏
