Able to leave work on time
No salary increases
Difficult to get promoted
There are often many parachuted-in managers at the supervisory level, while very few are promoted from frontline employees.
As a result, there are many inexperienced full-time junior managers (they know nothing yet can still earn more than full-time employees).
Head-office managers often visit the stores and insist that the displays and arrangements be just like those at JASONS supermarkets.
There is absolutely no distinctiveness of our own; they simply want the store employees to imitate other supermarkets.
By all means, do not go to the operations departments (household goods and food).
At this company, as long as you are a full-time employee (not a manager), the salary is more or less the same.
Your salary will not differ because of your department.
Therefore, in the operations departments, you have to move heavy goods, manage expiration dates, work overtime during changeovers, and so on—in other words, one person is made to do the work of three, making it an exhausting department.
Meanwhile, in the cashier and customer service departments, you only need to handle checkouts and serve customers; when the time comes, you can easily leave work, with absolutely no overtime required.
The salaries are all the same!!!!
Seriously, don’t even think about applying here.
