1. Employees at the lower levels get along relatively well, and are younger.
2. Monthly birthday celebrations
I worked in the Planning Department.
1. Basically, the training after joining is extremely casual, with no systematic or standardized training.
2. The workload is enormous. Basically, this job definitely requires using your time after work and your two-day weekends to maintain things. Everyone has quite a few projects on hand. The company operates on the principle of accepting any job as long as there is money to be made, so you can only pray that you are not assigned a terrible project.
3. As others have said, regarding the supervisors, the personalities of the top-level supervisors and the middle-level supervisors are often focused on building connections. Basically, you cannot get by without first ingratiating yourself with them one by one.
4. The senior managers in “a few” departments are relatively much easier to deal with.
5. If you are interested in this industry, it would be much better to directly look for a company of the same type.
