1. The three managers who interviewed me were all very articulate and seemed highly capable.
2. The company’s direction is very clear, with goals already established for both the short and long term.
3. Projects are developed using the Scrum methodology. Managers record each person’s work using points, which are used to evaluate annual performance.
Cons
The company currently needs to rush the product to market, so there will be intensive overtime. It operates under a responsibility-based work system.
