I really can’t think of any, unless you’re a member of the royal family or a well-connected person. At most, it’s suitable for fresh graduates to pad their resumes, and I sincerely recommend not staying too long!
As most rumors say, the salaries and benefits across the board are truly terrible—just barely meeting the minimum standards required by the Labor Standards Act... and they still make all sorts of deductions.
The Taipei headquarters is a little better, but the various units at outposts and in other cities have so few resources that it makes you want to cry. Employees also have to take turns cleaning the bathrooms and maintaining the environment.
They constantly promote themselves externally as a “happy enterprise” and talk about being listed on the stock exchange, but in reality, they are the best representative of Taiwan’s traditional exploitative bosses’ “happy enterprises”... with endless cost-cutting.
The hierarchy between the headquarters and branch offices in various cities is very clear-cut. Department heads and other managers are seriously caught up in infighting, and political issues are obvious.
The company is extremely fussy, with many outdated and useless rules like those in the military....

They constantly shout about innovation externally, but in reality, they are a very standard traditional industry company.
The company’s overall turnover rate is extremely high.
