1. The company takes on many projects through referrals or within personal circles, with very little business development... As a result, those projects ultimately get derailed by demands driven by relationships that cannot be refused.

2. The company requires everyone to write a daily progress report, but people at the management level do not read them or keep track of progress; they only wait to collect the money.

3. They really like taking on very urgent projects and then telling everyone that they cannot turn them down because of personal connections... so everyone has to work overtime to get them done. Basically, it operates under a responsibility-based work system! Few people dare to apply for overtime pay.

4. They really like reusing and modifying old work. Compared with design, this company places more importance on closing projects quickly—but this is a design company!

5. Communication among the managers is extremely poor. This company always emphasizes communication, but information does not flow smoothly among the managers at all! Even if you tell just one of them something, it is essentially the same as not telling anyone.
