Pros

Everyone gets along very well with their colleagues, and they are friendly and willing to teach when problems arise.

If you're lucky enough to be assigned to a good project, you'll learn a lot and feel well taken care of as a newcomer. But if you're unlucky, it can be extremely difficult.

Learning the company's many processes is valuable experience, including how to request quotes, compare prices, communicate with vendors, place orders, and develop products independently.

Cons

If you end up with incompetent teammates, leave as soon as you can—don't stay and continue wearing yourself down mentally and physically!

Everyone is nice, but it also depends on whether you're lucky.

The turnover rate among new employees is fairly high.

There aren't enough people, so each person is expected to do the work of four.

There's often too much work to finish, and overtime isn't paid.

There are too many miscellaneous tasks, making it difficult to properly execute your own projects.

Meetings are one-sided, with the boss dominating; sometimes they don't listen to explanations, ideas, or opinions either.

Ultimately, the main goal is to make money. Those with grand ideals and goals who want to bring in great art and works will probably not be able to realize them.

During the interview, ask about every detail clearly before deciding whether you're a good fit. Those who can endure it will become very capable; if you can't, get out quickly.
