Pros
There are experts in the technical department.
The development model involves two people developing simultaneously.
The technical manager seems quite approachable.
Cons
Only being proficient in two areas qualifies you as a senior engineer (this wasn’t said by someone in a technical role, but by the department manager).
The salary is not high.
No sound card.
